HR Administrator Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 
• Part Time (20-30 hours a week)
• Pay rate: $20-25/hour
• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

HR Administrator Job Description:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, and hiring to maintain staffing levels.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to support employee engagement and company culture.
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, benefits, and compliance requirements to employees.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment and benefits education programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records, including employee lifecycle transactions and personnel data.
• Support workplace safety by investigating incidents and preparing insurance-related reports.
• Manage compensation and workforce planning activities, including wage surveys and HR budgeting.
• Oversee employee separations, exit interviews, and related documentation.
• Monitor attendance, employee relations, and disciplinary matters while recommending retention strategies.
• Coordinate training and development programs, process payroll, ensure regulatory reporting, and represent the organization in employment-related matters.

HR Administrator Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• At least 1 year of experience is required
• Experience using ADP, SAP, Excel and Microsoft platforms
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus but not required
• Customer service and good communication skills
• Lift and/or move up to 10 lbs
