DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a category leader to develop and manage merchandise assortments for subcategories, partnering with buyers to align with brand vision and consumer needs. You will work with Planning, AR, and vendors to adjust assortment, pricing, and advertising; lead cross‑functional collaboration and mentor junior team members to drive results.
