Trauma Program Manager

Managing all aspects of trauma registry projects, the full-time Trauma Program Manager will coordinate operations, provide training to Trauma Abstractors, and ensure high-quality data abstraction while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversees abstracting and registry operations to meet project goals and compliance with regulatory agencies Conducts staff training on data abstraction software and monitors validation compliance for assigned projects Prepares weekly reports on project activities and identifies staffing needs based on workload Required qualifications At least five years of trauma abstraction experience Completion of Trauma ICD 10 Coding Course, Trauma Registry Course, and AAAM AIS Coding Course Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data abstraction software systems Associate's Degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field Successful completion of the Registry Partners pre-employment Skills Assessment Exam for assigned specialty area(s)
