Unit Details

Unit Description
Time off requests must be submitted on the profile cover sheet at time of submission. Any time off requested after offer will have to be worked out between the candidate and the manager when candidate starts and can't be guaranteed. Must have at least 2 years PACU experience. Will be Monday-Friday. Start times range from 10:00AM-12:30PM. 8 HOUR SHIFTS PREFERRED, BUT WILL ALSO CONSIDER 10'S.
CALL REQUIREMENT 1x PER WEEK OVERNIGHT FROM 21:00-07:30. 1X PER MONTH FOR A FULL WEEKEND FROM FRIDAY NIGHT-MONDAY MORNING. MUST HAVE OR LICENSE OR HAVE STARTED THE PROCESS BY TIME OF SUBMISSION. May be required to float per PHS policy to other Portland area facilities (including Seaside and Hood River if required). WILL RECEIVE ELEVATED BILL RATE (Bill Rate +$5)FOR ANY SHIFTS/HOURS WORKED WHILE FLOATING. I VS to interview, manager to make final offer. Orientation every other Tuesday 9/10, 9/24 etc.
THIS ASSIGNMENT WILL RUNN UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR.
Cannot CURRENTLY BE WORKING FOR PROVIDENCE OR ANY OF IT'S AFFILIATES. IF FORMER EMPLOYEE OF PROVIDENCE, MUST HAVE ENDED EMPLOYMENT AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AGO AND BE IN GOOD STANDING.
