Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Home Health

If you're an OT who wants flexibility without sacrificing patient care quality, this role gives you the space to work independently while still being supported.

• Set your own schedule
• Work one-on-one with patients in their homes

What You'll Do

• Complete in-home evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Supervise COTAs and review documentation for accuracy
• Provide follow-up visits when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress

What You Need

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
• At least 1 year of OT experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage your caseload

What You'll Get
