Position Details

• Position: Bilingual Operations Coordinator
• Start Date: September 2026
• Employment: Full-Time
• Compensation: $30.00 per hour
• Location: In-person at our Federal Way, WA office
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Availability: Occasional flexibility is required for community events and activities outside regular office hours, including some evenings after 5:00 p.m. and occasional weekends.

This is an in-person position. Regular and reliable attendance at our Federal Way office is an essential part of the role.

The ideal candidate is:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented, professional, organized, and proactive.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working directly with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and following through without constant supervision.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with discretion, organization, and attention to detail.
• Interested in becoming a long-term member of our team and growing with the organization .
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative coordination, operations, customer service, or a related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace .
• Experience with digital tools such as Canva, CapCut, Zoom, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools such as ChatGPT .
• Experience with WordPress, project management platforms, or database management is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What You'll Do

As our Operations Coordinator, you will help keep our programs, participants, office, and day-to-day operations organized and moving forward.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
• Serve as a point of communication and support for participants, clients, community partners, and the Mujer al Volante team.
• Manage participant communication, follow-up, registrations, documentation, and records.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, classes, testing, and organizational activities.
• Maintain databases, reports, operational documentation, and confidential records.
• Support program and event logistics from planning through implementation.
• Assist with website updates, social media, digital communications, and audiovisual content.
• Coordinate office inventory, purchases, supplies, and general office needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and operational processes.
• Support special projects and new initiatives as Mujer al Volante continues to grow.
