What You’ll Do

As a Mold Inspector , you’ll be the trusted expert clients rely on to assess their homes and businesses. You’re not just inspecting—you’re educating, problem-solving, and delivering peace of mind.

• Conduct full property inspections (interior & exterior) to detect mold and moisture issues
• Perform air and surface testing (Spore Trap, swab/tape sampling, InstaScope analysis)
• Use advanced tools like moisture meters, hygrometers, and thermal imaging cameras
• Clearly explain findings to clients in a simple, professional way
• Create detailed reports with photos, findings, and customized remediation plans
• Provide accurate treatment estimates using proprietary Dry Fog technology
• Document all activity in company CRM software
• Travel to residential & commercial sites throughout the day

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical skill with strong communication—a true field professional.

Preferred Experience:

• Mold, home, or property inspection background
• Certifications such as NORMI or Micro (a plus)
• Experience with moisture detection and air sampling equipment
• Understanding of home construction and building systems

Must-Haves:

• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and tight environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical fieldwork
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Valid driver’s license & ability to travel locally
• Tech-savvy (smartphone/tablet/laptop use for reporting)
• Commitment to honest, science-based recommendations
