Build-A-Bear is seeking a Manager, Associate Experience & Engagement to shape the employee journey in St. Louis. You will drive onboarding, engagement, and culture-building initiatives, partnering with HR, Field Operations, Communications, and business leaders to strengthen retention and reflect our values.
