Seasonal Visitor Service Representative – Washington, DC
$18/hour | Full-Time | Temporary AUGUST 2026–Mid-September
Spend your summer in the heart of the nation’s capital while creating welcoming, engaging experiences for visitors of all ages.
We are hiring 5 Seasonal Visitor Service Representatives to support peak summer operations at the imagiNATIONS Activity Center in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, temporary position running approximately three months, ending after Labor Day.
Schedule
- 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5 days per week schedule
- Overtime and holiday shifts may be available. Weekday and Weekends!
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly in a high-volume public environment . Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with entry flow and wayfinding
- Collecting attendance and zip code data
- Performing light cleaning of high-touch surfaces
- Supporting crowd management and maintaining an organized environment
- Assisting with activities and programs
- Monitoring safety and reporting incidents promptly

- Experience working with children is a plus
