The organization values integrity, professionalism, and a high level of personal service. Role Description The Client Services Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Chute, WI. This position is responsible for supporting advisors and clients through daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves handling client inquiries, coordinating account paperwork, processing forms, and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests. The Client Services Administrator will communicate with custodians and other financial institutions, assist with account openings and transfers, and help monitor workflow to ensure smooth operations. The role also includes general office support such as document management, data entry, and contributing to a professional, client-focused experience. Qualifications Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive, professional client experience. Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Basic to intermediate Finance knowledge and comfort working with financial documents, accounts, and terminology. Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, scheduling, data entry, and document management. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and paperwork. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets) and ability to learn new systems. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a small team. Prior experience in a financial services or professional office environment is preferred.
