Vice President of Total Rewards

Building a competitive global compensation and benefits architecture, the full-time salaried Vice President of Total Rewards will design and manage compensation strategies, partner with sales leaders on commission plans, and implement benefits programs across multiple regions while reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. Key responsibilities Design and manage a global compensation strategy, leading annual compensation cycles and equity refreshes Collaborate with sales leaders to create and maintain effective commission plans that align with business goals Build and enhance benefits programs across the U.S., LATAM, and EMEA, ensuring employee engagement and compliance Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment Proven experience in building or redesigning global compensation or benefits programs Hands-on experience with equity program administration and cap table coordination Strong analytical skills with the ability to create compensation models and executive-level reports Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in HR or Business preferred
