LEAD Technical
Responsibilities Receive, organize, and track data center equipment and inventory Stage hardware for installs, deployments, and migrations Coordinate shipping, receiving, and asset tracking activities Assist technicians with equipment handling and logistics support Maintain clean and organized storage/staging areas Follow SOPs/MOPs and operational procedures Provide day-to-day direction to Service Provider resources Manage scheduling/continuity (PTO tracking, staffing coverage) Monitor engagement performance and progress; help resolve issues Requirements Experience in logistics, warehouse, or technical operations preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Basic understanding of IT or data center hardware preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs Flexibility for overtime or after-hours support as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
