Employment Litigation Associate - Mid to Senior Level

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years' experience in employment litigation and a comprehensive understanding of federal and California employment laws. This role offers the opportunity to work on class action, PAGA, and single-plaintiff matters. Duties Handle employment litigation cases, including class action and PAGA matters. Advise clients on federal and California employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with a team to develop comprehensive legal strategies. Represent clients in court and during negotiations. Requirements Minimum of four years' experience in employment litigation. Experience with class action and PAGA preferred. Membership or pending membership with the California State Bar. Background in large defense firms or smaller firms handling sophisticated employment matters. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership with the California State Bar. Skills Strong understanding of federal and California employment laws. Excellent litigation and negotiation skills.
