Shipping & Receiving Clerk We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our distribution team in Martinsburg, WV. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, inventoried, and shipped to customers in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing products Verify received materials against packing lists and shipping documents Stock products in designated warehouse locations Prepare and package shipments to ensure products arrive safely Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) software to coordinate shipments Maintain inventory accuracy using Epicor-Prelude ERP software Perform daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies Identify opportunities for process improvements and support a safe work environment Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred Basic computer skills required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the warehouse Forklift experience is a plus Pay: $21.00 per hour Location: Martinsburg, WV Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
