Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Martinsburg, WV

$21.00 per hour | Full-Time | First Shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our distribution team in Martinsburg, WV. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, inventoried, and shipped to customers in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Monday - Friday

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing products
• Verify received materials against packing lists and shipping documents
• Stock products in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare and package shipments to ensure products arrive safely
• Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) software to coordinate shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy using Epicor-Prelude ERP software
• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support a safe work environment
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Forklift experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
