The Opportunity:

• As a Legal Assistant, you'll work closely with our Case Managers and play an important role in keeping personal injury cases organized and moving forward.
• This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, stays calm under pressure, communicates well, and takes pride in getting the details right.
• You won't be sitting on the sidelines — you'll be an important part of the team and directly contribute to the client experience and success of our cases.

What You'll Do:

• Request, track, and organize medical records and other important case documents.
• Verify insurance coverage, policies, and related information.
• Prepare, send, receive, and organize legal correspondence and documents.
• Review medical and insurance documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties.
• Assist Case Managers with day-to-day case management and administrative tasks.
• Keep case information accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to our clients throughout the process.

Personal injury or law firm experience is a plus, but we're also interested in candidates with strong administrative, customer service, medical, insurance, or case-management experience. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
