Registered Nurse (RN), Med/Surg Full-Time | 0.9FTE | 12‑hour shifts | Nights. Sign‑on Bonus available: $7,500—based on meeting eligibility requirements. Responsibilities Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document patient care provided. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assist patients with activities of daily living—personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications Michigan RN license. Associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s degree preferred). Basic Life Support – Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 1year. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1year.
