Job Summary:
As a Tarper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and secure transportation of cargo. Your primary responsibility will be to properly tarp and secure the loads on our trucks and trailers, ensuring they are protected during transit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully cover and secure cargo using tarps, straps, and other equipment
- Perform thorough safety checks before and after each transport
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:
- Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy materials
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions:
This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, as well as lifting and moving heavy cargo. The schedule may include irregular hours to accommodate the transportation needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits:
$15 per hour. Eligible candidates may also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
