We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy service team in Durham, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. The person in this role will assist callers, complete detailed data entry, and help ensure requests, orders, and appointments are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to a large volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
• Provide timely assistance with service questions, general account inquiries, and customer concerns
• Enter customer details, updates, and transaction information accurately into internal systems
• Manage email correspondence and follow up with customers to confirm information or resolve outstanding issues
• Support both inbound and occasional outbound calling activities related to customer service needs
• Process order information and document requests with strong attention to detail
• Coordinate and schedule appointments based on customer needs and team availability
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain records, track information, and complete routine administrative tasks• At least 1 year of recent call center experience in a customer service environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-call-volume workloads effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail in documenting customer interactions
• Experience managing email communications and updating customer information
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
