Location: Charlotte, NC



Positions: 3


Job Description


We are seeking experienced Java Developers to work on enterprise-scale applications supporting modern banking platforms.


The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience and exposure to cloud-native and microservices-based systems.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services
  • Build and enhance microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Work with databases and ensure high performance and scalability
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI and AI teams
Required Skills
  • Java, Spring Boot
  • Database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Microservices architecture
  • RESTful APIs
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Cloud concepts
Preferred Skills
  • React, Python
  • AI exposure including NL-to-SQL translation, agent development, LLM integration, and AI testing.
