Description - Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various specialties including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Carefully analyze results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples meticulously for testing.
• Thoroughly document procedures, provide training for new team members or students, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of hire.
• Must maintain current certification throughout employment.
