Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical lab tests-including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for fidelity, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when needed.
• Thoroughly document all processes, provide training to new team members or students, and help maintain rigorous lab quality standards.
• Ensure a hygienic and secure work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, and ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
