Dialog Clubhouse is looking for an experienced Line Cook ($19-20/hr + TIPS) to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a station, staying organized, and helping the kitchen run smoothly during busy services. THIS IS FOR 1835 S Sepulveda Los Angeles location.

You’ll play a key role in executing our menu and supporting daily kitchen operations

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working all stations (hot and cold line) and enjoys working in a collaborative, team-driven kitchen.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure consistent execution of all menu items (temperature, quality, and presentation)

• Help manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization

• Work closely with the Chef team to develop and improve systems

• Support day-to-day kitchen operations alongside lead line cooks

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and organization

• Communicate effectively with the team during prep and service

• Work with local and seasonal ingredients

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working multiple stations (hot and cold line)

• Hot line cook experience is strongly preferred

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Interest in learning and growing into a lead role

• Open availability preferred 

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• Kitchen shifts include weekends and some holidays, with schedules shared in advance to help the team plan ahead.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
