Role Description We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Financial Controller to join our executive leadership team. This role will serve as a key member of our executive team, driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate brings deep financial expertise, sharp business acumen, and a proven ability to lead in complex, high-growth environments. Key Responsibilities Assist executive staff with the company’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting processes to support business objectives Provide strategic recommendations to executive staff on financial analysis and projections Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and compliance Drive capital allocation strategy, including investments, M&A, and fundraising activities Establish and maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks Assist in banking relationships, and external stakeholder communications Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement Partner cross-functionally to support operational efficiency and scalable growth Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred) 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including prior controller or senior finance role Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial modeling, and corporate finance Experience with scaling organizations, ideally in manufacturing, automotive or similar sector Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and governance best practices Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills High integrity, sound judgment, and a results-driven mindset What We Offer Competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonus incentives A critical leadership role on our executive staff with direct impact on company strategy and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Discover Global, LLC
