Marketing Coordinator

Overview Work Style: Onsite Location: UF Health Flager Hospital FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Develops and executes marketing communication strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement. Assists in managing content creation and distribution across digital and print platforms, oversees social media channels to boost audience interaction, and supports promotional events and campaigns aligned with business objectives. Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and timely delivery of marketing materials. Monitors market trends and competitor activities to help refine marketing tactics. Prepares reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and maintains marketing databases and tools to improve workflow efficiency. Maintains marketing databases and tools to improve workflow efficiency. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required. Minimum Qualifications Two (2) or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software, content management systems (CMS), or digital communication tools. Experience planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, events, promotional initiatives, and integrated communication strategies. Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of healthcare marketing, branding, regulatory compliance, and communication best practices. Preferred Qualifications Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
