Dishwasher – Job Summary

Long Doggers Eateries Restaurant Group is looking for energetic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher. This essential role helps create an exceptional dining experience by ensuring our kitchen, bar, and dining room have the clean dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils needed to keep service running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Monitor and maintain proper dish machine chemical levels
• Organize and store clean items according to company standards
• Assist fellow team members as needed to help ensure smooth restaurant operations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-hour shifts
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment
