We are a Global AM100 Law firm that believes in a collaborative environment between our offices and practice areas. We employ some of the best and brightest attorneys across the country and looking to grow our Real Estate Transactions team!
We are currently on the search for a mid level Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our team! In this position you will have a strong focus on commercial leasing and datacenter transactions (representing hyperscalers).
Responsibilities of this position will include; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, complex leases and SLAs, performing diligence, and handling ancillary agreements such as SNDAs.

Job Details
As a Real Estate Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience:
JD from accredited law school
Admitted to Texas State Bar and in good standing
1-4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions (if you have experience in datacenter/hyperscaler transactions that is a big plus!)
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, complex leases and SLAs, performing diligence, and handling ancillary agreements such as SNDAs
