About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for a permanent position in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading due diligence efforts, maintaining client communication on active engagements, and representing the firm in various meetings. This role also involves driving corporate marketing initiatives, owning the full transaction execution lifecycle, and partnering with senior leadership across diverse industries. The Vice President will be expected to manage multiple concurrent engagements with a high level of autonomy, mentor junior team members, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives. Applicants must have a strong academic background in finance, economics, or accounting, with at least 6 years of relevant investment banking experience in areas such as M&A, leveraged finance, financial sponsors, restructuring, or debt capital markets. The role requires advanced financial and cash flow modeling expertise, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a strong grasp of valuation theory and methodologies. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
