Overview
Seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect to support a large, recently completed platform migration. The team is now focused on stabilization, enhancements, and ongoing roadmap delivery. This role will play a key part in driving architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalability across a complex, multi-vendor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Health Cloud implementations
• Act as the technical authority for OmniStudio (80–85% focus) including FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors
• Partner with onshore/offshore development teams and multiple vendors to ensure alignment on design and delivery
• Support post-go-live stabilization efforts, including defect resolution and performance improvements
• Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance across the platform
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Contribute to roadmap planning and future-state architecture, including AI/Agentforce initiatives

Required Experience

• 8–12+ years of Salesforce experience, including recent hands-on architecture roles
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud
• Deep, hands-on experience with OmniStudio (critical requirement)
• Proven experience leading development across distributed (onshore/offshore) teams
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments with shared ownership models
• Strong understanding of integrations, data modeling, and enterprise architecture patterns

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce AI / Agentforce or similar AI-driven capabilities
• Prior experience in healthcare or payer/provider systems
• Exposure to large-scale transformation or platform migration programs
