Qualifications Open to individuals with experience as caregivers, CNAs, HCAs, medical assistants, social workers, home care aides, companions, personal care assistants, or home health aides. Registration as a Home Care Aide in California is not required to apply, but is recommended. We will provide training and support for registration as needed. Right at Home is an international Home Care Organization registered with the State of California and works through independently owned franchises.
