Caregiver Sat-Sun 6am-2pm

We are looking for dependable, caring, patient, and dedicated caregivers to provide quality one-on-one support to a client in their home and community. The ideal caregiver will be comfortable providing companionship, assisting with daily routines, preparing meals, and supporting a client who benefits from structure, consistency, and positive behavioral support. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supervision and support
• Assist with daily routines and activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with meal routines
• Support medication routines as permitted by state regulations
• Assist with community outings, appointments, and errands
• Encourage participation in appropriate activities and hobbies
• Provide positive behavioral support and help maintain a calm environment
• Follow established routines, guidelines, and care plans
• Monitor and report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or behavioral well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Communicate effectively with the care team and family

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
• Comfortable working with individuals who benefit from structure and consistency
• Ability to follow care plans and established guidelines
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous caregiving or behavioral support experience is a plus

Staff Preferences

• Driver required
• Experience providing one-on-one support preferred
• Experience with behavioral support is a plus
• Dependable and consistent
