Job Summary: We are seeking a Director of Environmental Services (EVS) to lead housekeeping operations in a Senior Living environment. This role oversees daily operations, staff leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to ensure a clean, safe, and high-quality experience for residents and staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage EVS / housekeeping operations Oversee department budgets, financials, and cost control Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and workflow standards Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards Supervise and develop Assistant Directors and EVS staff Coordinate with administration and other departments Drive resident satisfaction and service quality Monitor performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of healthcare or senior living housekeeping leadership Experience with budgeting and financial analysis Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Preferred: Experience in senior living or healthcare support services Strong business and operational acumen Salary: $68,000 - $70,000 annually Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) / Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO + Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts EAP, FSAs, and more Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $68,000 - $70,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
