Schedule: 10-hour shifts, nights, weekends, holidays as needed

We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to help lead our restaurant operations, develop our team members, and ensure an outstanding guest experience every day.

The Assistant General Manager partners closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities

-Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to achieve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals.
-Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
-Ensure exceptional service standards and a memorable guest experience.
-Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
-Monitor labor costs, inventory, food quality, and operational efficiency.
-Enforce company policies, health department regulations, and food safety standards.
-Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
-Maintain a positive, respectful, and high-performance work environment.
-Analyze operational and financial reports and assist with action planning.
-Support execution of marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts.

-Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in a high-volume steakhouse or fine-dining restaurant.
-Wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge.
-ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification.

Requirements:
-3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine-dining environments.
-Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
-Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, and food and beverage management.
-Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
-High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
