Who are You at MacLellan?
As the Contract Manager, you are part of Best People . In this role, you will lead by-product logistics operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the safe, efficient movement and removal of production by-products including cardboard, foam, pallets, rubber caps, trash, and other non-hazardous materials. You will oversee salaried supervisors, hourly Team Leaders, and frontline team members while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Utilizing our Best Systems , you will ensure daily operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with customer expectations and MacLellan standards. You will monitor performance, manage labor and financial resources, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and build strong customer partnerships so our clients can remain focused on their core business with confidence that we have their back.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.
What education and Contract Manager experience are needed for success?
Minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, by-product handling, or facility services.
Experience managing multi-shift operations and large teams in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Lean practices and visual management systems preferred.
OSHA 10 certification or other safety training is a plus.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:
After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.
Post-Employment Drug Testing:
All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
Note: This form is not used to obtain consent and is for informational purposes only. Drug testing consent will be obtained per FCRA requirements in a separate process.
