Lead Restoration Technician

Lead Restoration TechnicianPaul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters.Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 7:15am to 4:30pm, Optional Overtime included.Participate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.Water and/or Mold Certification preferred2 years or more relevant experienceValid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.Ability to lift 60 lbs.Lead Crews with onsite responsibilities.Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.Set dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other equipment at the work site, ensuring proper setup and removal.Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation, utilizing MICA and other proprietary software.Perform initial loss inspection.Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc. and perform general demolition after a loss.Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer's contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.Participate in our 24-hour call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery.Other duties as assigned.Weekly PayWeekly Bonus OpportunitiesPTOHoliday PayHealthcare/Dental /Vision InsuranceGenerous 401k Program with company matchReferral ProgramMinimum two years' experience in insurance restorationIICRC certifications preferredHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license, transportation to work, and a clean driving recordPrevious experience in construction or remodeling is a bonusMust pass background check and drug testCompensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
