Overnight RN Pediatric Home Care

Now Hiring: Overnight RN Pediatric Home Care Reading, PA Area 10:00 PM 6:00 AM (Overnight Shift) Competitive Pay (Based on Experience) Make a Difference While the World Sleeps

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight care for a pediatric client in the home setting. This is a 1:1 care position where your focus is simple: Keep your patient safe Provide skilled nursing care Support the family with peace of mind overnight.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide overnight monitoring and skilled nursing care
Administer medications and follow the plan of care
Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition
Ensure a safe, calm, and supportive environment
Accurately document care provided
Communicate with the care team and family as needed

Prefer quiet, focused 1:1 care over busy facilities

Requirements:

Active RN License (Pennsylvania)
Experience with pediatric care (preferred)
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
