We are looking for a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to support warranty claim activity for a manufacturing operation in Perrysburg, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position focuses on gathering service documentation, validating claim details, and coordinating with internal teams to help move claims through the warranty process efficiently. The role is well suited for someone who works independently, stays organized with repetitive tasks, and is comfortable using databases and customer service systems. After initial onsite training, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.

• Experience in customer service, warranty administration, claims support, or a related administrative function.
• Working knowledge of databases or case management systems, with the ability to enter and track information accurately.
• Ability to manage routine, repetitive work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of warranty processes, documentation standards, or claim validation practices.
• Comfortable communicating with internal teams to request updates, clarifications, and supporting materials.
• Proficiency with computer-based business systems, including customer service or CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple claims and follow-ups moving at the same time.
