Quality Inspector

Job Description

• Performs and documents all quality checks on product being produced in all manufacturing areas in the electronic database
• Communicate closely with production team on quality deficiencies found during auditing to ensure timely correction
• Enters information necessary in electronic system and ensures accuracy of all information entered in the system
• Responsible for resin tankers when shipments arrive
• Retrieve and reviews Customer Service samples when the system flags the auditor
• Prepares end of shift report utilizing electronic system
• Works independently, documents and resolves all issues surrounding quality
• Responsible for auditing First Piece Articles, random audits, AQL inspections and retain samples

The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $18.03/hr.; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience between $18and $23/hr.
