Senior Product Manager

Driving the expansion of Compass AI, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will execute the product roadmap, lead discovery with institutional customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI-powered tools that enhance student outcomes. Key responsibilities Execute against the Compass AI product roadmap, translating strategic direction into actionable work Lead structured discovery with customers to validate hypotheses and identify unmet needs for AI solutions Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define clear, actionable work and maintain visibility on project progress Required qualifications 5+ years in product management with experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives Direct experience with AI/ML products, particularly in enterprise or SaaS contexts Familiarity with higher education or edtech environments is a plus Strong collaboration skills and comfort managing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously Deep understanding of the AI landscape and its implications for product development #J-18808-Ljbffr Civitas Learning
