Program Analyst

Duties
Performs program analysis to evaluate the implementation of master plans, joint force objectives, and fund utilization, identifying and analyzing deviations from programmed objectives.
Analyzes and evaluates programmatic funding, contract schedules, and performance data to identify potential problems and formulate corrective actions.
Coordinates with senior management, customers, and support officials to formulate and review acquisition plans, milestones, schedules, and resource requirement determinations.
Develops and interprets policies and procedures for the administrative management and control of acquisition programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Develops and implements new program assessment techniques, metrics, and procedures to enable consistent program review and assessment across a diverse project portfolio.
