Associate Project Manager

Overview New York, New York, United States As we continue to revolutionize the commercial real estate industry, we’re hiring an Associate Project Manager - Implementation to join our team. This entry‑level role is built for someone ready to take on responsibilities and grow quickly. You’ll be embedded in a fast‑moving implementation organization, supporting clients and internal teams through onboarding, approval, and early adoption. You’ll work cross‑functionally to ensure a seamless experience from pre‑sale through ongoing support, with an AI‑first mindset and modern tools to work smarter. Location note: this role is based in New York, NY and requires the hire to work from our office four days a week. What you’ll do Drive Efficiency with AI – Apply an AI‑first mindset to automate data collection, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort using AI & automation tools. Project Execution Partnership – Collaborate on projects to plan, schedule, and manage timelines from kickoff through portfolio go‑live. Facilitate recurring project management meetings, create client‑specific implementation plans, and ensure projects land on time, within scope, and achieve desired outcomes. Handle Varied Scope – Move between data onboarding, client‑specific implementation plans, and internal projects while maintaining momentum. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Support to ensure a consistent client experience from pre‑sale through ongoing support. Develop Toward Client Mastery – Participate in internal strategy and project management meetings to refine best practices and grow towards owning client accounts. What makes you a great fit AI Forward – Experience using LLMs or automation tools (e.g., n8n, Cursor) to automate or accelerate work, including personal projects. Structured Thinker – Ability to turn ambiguous problems into organized plans; comfortable with spreadsheets, models, and data; asks the right questions before execution. Strong Communicator – Able to write clear status updates, run client calls with minimal guidance, and know when to escalate. Multitasker – Thrives in fast‑paced environments and can manage multiple internal priorities without dropping the ball. Growth‑Oriented – Seeks a footing in the product and processes with a path toward leading client accounts over time. What Success Looks Like First 6 months – Shadow senior implementation managers across the full lifecycle, take ownership of data onboarding for at least one client, and contribute to at least one AI‑driven workflow that saves time. First 12 months – Run smaller client implementations independently, lead client meetings without a senior IM, and be recognized cross‑functionally as the go‑to for at least one part of the implementation process. VTS serves a global client base and is a leader in the space. Pay Transparency Base salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 with a yearly bonus of up to 10% based on achievement of goals.
