Your Responsibilities

* Reach out to candidates to share opportunities at MLR and assess their interest

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth discussions

* Follow up with candidates to sustain interest and assist throughout the hiring process

* Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions via meetings scheduled, interviews held, and successful hires stemming from your referrals

Compensation Structure
