What You’ll Do

As Clinical Director, you’ll lead and support our interdisciplinary clinical team while ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality care consistent with hospice philosophy and regulatory standards.

You’ll:

• Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff.
• Oversee patient care, referrals, eligibility, and plans of care.
• Partner with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct record reviews, case conferences, and quality oversight.
• Lead QAPI and performance improvement efforts.
• Support hiring, onboarding, education, and staff development.
• Step in for patient visits or admissions when clinical support is needed.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys developing nurses but is also willing to roll up their sleeves and support the team when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Clinical leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospice philosophy, symptom management, and regulatory compliance.
• A collaborative, compassionate leader who can balance accountability with support.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

The Clinical Director serves as backup for on-call coverage and may occasionally assist with after-hours admissions or clinical needs. Because this role includes direct patient care when needed, candidates must be able to perform the physical requirements associated with patient visits and admissions.
