Pay Rate: $ 25.00/hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a customer-focused organization in Overland Park, KS seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for an immediate contract opportunity. This role will support daily office operations while serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal team members. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet visitors and provide a professional first impression
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Perform data entry and update information within company databases
• Coordinate meetings and assist with meeting logistics
• Support office operations and administrative projects as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Qualifications

• Previous administrative assistant, office coordinator, receptionist, or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
• Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, KS

Compensation & Benefits

• $ 25.00/hour
• Immediate start available
