Human Resource Business Partner

Position Title: Human Resource Business Partner Pay Rate: $90,900 - $110,000 Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP's annual incentive plan. Category/Shift: Salaried Full-Time Physical Location: This role will be based out of our Wooster, OH facility. It will also support our location in Streetsboro, OH and will require regular travel between the plants.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Provide support to one or more corrugated manufacturing plants.
• Work collaboratively with Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management to provide superior human resources services to our employees and the facility.
• Work as a business partner to achieve facility objectives.
• Support a broad range of human resource activities including leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, grievance tracking, employee relations, employee benefits and compliance training.
• Hands on position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization.
• Developmental position in the function.
• Travel weekly.

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

• Highly motivated, engaged, committed individual with a background in Human Resources roles supporting field operations. Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations preferred.
• 3+ years Human Resource experience.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership potential.
