Che Henderson's State Farm agency is seeking an individual with a great attitude, great work ethic and a zest for life to join our team. We need someone who is passionate about helping people and making a difference. Our office has a culture of caring, we put people first and always look to go above and beyond what people say they need to provide that extra level of customer service. As a full-time agent you will have a direct impact on helping individuals, families, and small businesses protect what they have and grow what they don't.

We provide our agents with on going professional development and training support to guide their path to success. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and pass the Property and Casualty/Life and Health exams.This is a full time position that has a base salary, commission, bonuses and offers benefits.

Job Responsibilities

• Have a great attitude and willingness to learn everyday.
• Be resilient in learning the products and services we offer.
• Meet production goals and objectives we outline.
• Used a multifaceted approach to prospective customers: Outbound phone calls, texting, networking, and other lead generating sources.
• Create insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close business.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of new products and services we offer.
• Be committed to building long-term relationships that go beyond the business.
• Respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests as soon as possible or at worst within a 24 hour period.
• Ask our clients how we can help them grow/support their business.
• Treat each customer like a family member that you like.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must obtain Property & Casualty/Life & Health Insurance licenses
• Candidate must pass a background check
• Be a driven and goal-oriented
• Be a team player and work well with other team mates
• Possess a willingness to be coachable, resilient, and resourceful.
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be proficient at multi-tasking, follow-up, and follow through.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
