Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Float) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit and provide leadership within the nursing team Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served through the model of Shared Governance Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team with a focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families Float to support ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units May be responsible for pediatric patients when floated to the ER, depending on experience Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Stepdown experience required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing; license must be in-hand at time of submission BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required at time of submission Nursys verification required at time of submission Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Critical care experience preferred Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred BSN preferred Cerner charting experience preferred Why Join Us Gain diverse clinical experience through float assignments across multiple specialty units including ER, psych, and inpatient rehab Work within a collaborative, evidence-based care environment that supports professional growth About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
