Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing therapists the flexibility to perform their duties from their chosen environment while still benefiting from a structured schedule. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a balanced structure for both work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorders, including the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care techniques.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work integratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Qualifications\n
