Logistics Coordinator

Join a leading energy company as a Supply Chain Coordinator supporting equipment logistics and daily field operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Coordinate equipment requests and dispatch assets to field locations Communicate with vendors and field personnel to support operational needs Track equipment, inventory, and related documentation Maintain accurate records, reporting, and data entry Review invoices and assist with billing reconciliation Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations Participate in an on-call rotation as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Experience in logistics, dispatching, equipment coordination, vendor management, or administrative operations Proficiency with business systems and technology Advanced Excel skills and Oil & Gas experience are a plus Positive attitude, strong customer service mindset, and ability to work well on a team If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow your career in supply chain operations, we'd love to hear from you- this is a 12 month contract and is paying between $26-28/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
