Onsite Housing Case Manager - Client-Centered Support
The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking an ICMS Case Manager in Los Angeles to support clients facing homelessness through evidence-based practices. This full-time role is temporary until 11/30/2026, with possible transfer opportunities. You will maintain a caseload, develop independence in clients, and collaborate with healthcare teams while working in both field and office environments.
